What data we process
Calibrario is a static website: it has no user accounts, stores no forms and uses no cookies of its own. Fonts are served from our own domain, with no connections to third parties.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) technically records the IP address, the date and the page requested in order to serve the site and protect it from attacks. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security of the service.
- Email. If you write to us, we use your address and message only to reply. Legal basis: your consent when you write to us.
Links to Amazon
When you click a link to Amazon you leave Calibrario. From then on, Amazon processes your data under its own privacy notice and cookie policy. Amazon reports attributed purchases to us in aggregate, with no data that identifies you.
How long
Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry. Technical server logs, for as long as the hosting provider sets.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data by writing to [email]. If you believe they have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local data protection authority.
